About
Idyllic’s Story
🤍SCROLL BELOW FOR PAST GIGS AND MIXTAPES🤍
My journey into electronic music began in 2014, when I discovered Acidcore, Tekno, and Frenchcore. With my ADHD, I quickly realized that hard and fast BPMs actually helped me feel calm and focused.
In 2018, I transitioned to techno after hearing Charlotte de Witte’s legendary Awakenings ADE set, a moment that changed my musical preference for good.
On November 10, 2019, I attended my first rave: “FREE KOMPASS RAVE w/ KLANGKUENSTLER”, back when it was held near the Ghelamco Arena. From that night on, I knew I wanted to do more with music. I started playing techno when most people still called it “repetitive and boring.” Whether at house parties or outdoor gatherings with friends, I was always the one sharing tracks and creating chemistry through music.
Then Covid (and some personal changes) pulled me away from the rave scene and my musical ambitions. But in 2022, I found my way back.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve been to more than 150 events, met countless people, artists, and organizers, and even helped organizing events. All those experiences made me realize it’s finally time to chase the dream I had at 17 — turning my passion for music into something real.
When I discovered Hardbounce last year, I instantly knew it was the sound I wanted to focus on. Hearing the crowd reaction on these insane drops is what I live for. On Queer events I focus on Latincore and Circuit music.
I can’t wait to share even more of my music with you.
