Dem1

Scotland’s Dem1 is a DJ and producer channeling the energy and emotion of ’90s and ’00s house and trance into a modern dancefloor sound. House sits at the heart of his music, with influences stretching across UKG, hard groove, hard house and contemporary trance. Since beginning production in August 2025, Dem1 has developed at remarkable pace, releasing his debut 4 Seasons EP and earning international DJ support before landing his first label release, All Night, on Marbella-based Deeper Than Necessary in February 2026. His approach behind the decks is equally driven by emotion and discovery. Having started DJing in January 2026, Dem1 has quickly developed a style centred around carefully curated selections, dynamic progression and those moments that make a dancefloor feel something. With a growing catalogue of unreleased music and his latest EP “Dreamer” released in June 2026, Dem1 is an emerging Scottish artist with plenty of momentum — and a sound that looks backwards for inspiration while firmly moving forwards.
